Creative Displays, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Creative Displays, Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. You must notify Creative Displays, Inc. prior to shipping if you wish to obtain insurance for your order.
Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours (M-F only) provided the item is in stock. Expedited orders (overnight, 2-day air) will be expedited and will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, usually on the same day the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or during inclement weather. We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
Creative Displays, Inc., may provide an estimate of shipping charges by weight, box dimension, ship to locations and shipping methods. Actual shipping charges may apply and are subject to change without notice.
Some products, such as wireframes and fiberglass props, are custom made and can take up to 2-6 weeks from the date of order to fabricate and prepare for shipment. Large custom orders could take longer than 6 weeks.
Creative Displays, Inc., cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Creative Displays, Inc. is only an estimate. Creative Displays, Inc., encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, weather, or product availability. If the expected delivery time listed with your choice of shipping has expired, and tracking information does not help, please contact us immediately. Your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery. If you are not present when a delivery is attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a third. If delivery is still not made, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
Some product may be eligible for free shipping. Free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground services within the continental United States. AK, HI, and international orders are excluded from this offer.
Products can be returned within 30 days, subject to the following. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Creative Displays, Inc., reserves the right to charge a restock fee of 10% for returns. Creative Displays will waive the restock fee if an additional order is placed. If a product is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, solely at its discretion, Creative Displays, Inc. will initiate a refund to you in likewise manner as payment was received.
If a product is damaged in shipment, please note any obvious damage or shortage when you sign for receipt of the shipment. You must notify Creative Displays, Inc., of the damage or shortage within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace or refund the purchase value of the damaged item(s) so long as the incident is properly documented and all claims are made with the carrier within the time allotted. Proper documentation must include a picture of the damaged shipment as it was received.
If your shipping address is in the United States; but not in the State of Kansas, you will not be charged sales tax. If your shipping address is in Kansas, we are required to charge sales tax, unless you are a licensed reseller or have other non-profit or tax-exempt status AND provide a valid Seller’s permit or Tax-exempt ID number. We cannot process your order until the proper paperwork has been filed with our office. Once you have submitted a permit or tax-exempt number we will keep it on file with your account and ask that your status be renewed or updated if your information changes or upon future requests.
If your shipping address is outside the United States, you are responsible for paying any import taxes, tariffs, or duty fees due. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Creative Displays, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
In the event of litigation or other dispute, you agree that the Law of the State of Kansas shall apply and you consent to the jurisdiction of Kansas courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Creative Displays, Inc. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Creative Displays, Inc. with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Creative Displays, Inc. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
